My Photo was in issue 'dispensed Chaos' in an official publication of the Swiss Engineers and Architects SIA - published 'TEC21'.
The issue deals with the topic of chaos. "The starting point is the daily chaos - a kind of disorder that is primarily in the eye of the beholder, if processes and appearances are not what they used to. Three examples from different fields to show practical and successful applications of doses used chaotic elements. All have in common, the chances are the intelligent blend. In the example of Vienna's municipal cable plant dared those responsible in the planning phase of a departure from normal practice (see "Principles discuss, challenge processes"). Instead of pretending a strict development plan, were planners, city, investors and future users freedom to design the neighborhood together negotiate. "( TEC21 No. 33-34 / 2009 )
